This one was truly amazing...hands in hands. Nice piece of work.
This one is highly romantic, sweet, hopeful and soulful. Nicely done.
I feel some restructuring to your poem can create a better punch. Detach "Hands in hands" from the stanzas - let the line (and anything that follows) come separate as I feel that it is much better off to keep them by themselves. It will then look like the lyrics for a wonderful song. :-)
But truly, you have done this one very nicely. It touched my heart.
